Bought this along with a few other LED nightlights.
Confirming the fine points:
- Consumes less than 1 watt. Hard to measure exactly (used a Kill-A-Watt)
- The affect is an amber affect. This (to me) is more pleasing than the bright bluish-white of other LED nightlights. Depends on what you’re looking for.
- Relative to the other LED nightlights I bought (from Maxxima and elsewhere), this nightlight is honestly dim. It’s just enough to give some light to see where you’re going at night. For some people, it might be suitable in a bedroom, in view of the fact that the light is dim and not too harsh.
- The profile is nice and flat, and I like how it doesn’t protrude too much from the wall. It’s not as flat as the cheap EL nightlights.
- Light sensor: It works pretty well, in fact, it is one of the few light sensors I’ve seen that seems to use “hysteresis”. Effectively this means it won’t dim increasingly like some nightlights do – it’ll be on or off. The nightlight also won’t “flicker” on and off when the ambient light is at just the right amount. The sensor is pretty excellent, and seems to turn the light off at the right time.
Pretty pleased with this product. I’m going to buy a link more. For my house, the affect of this nightlight is a lot more pleasing to me than the white LED night lights.

Perfect amount of light for a bathroom. Doesn’t protrude much from wall, and supplies an outlet. Excellent product.
